Wingmasters Visits First Graders!
Jim Parks from WINGMASTERS and his 5 feathered friends presented to the first graders. WINGMASTERS cares for and rehabilitates injured birds of prey with the ultimate goal of releasing the birds back into the wild. During an interactive presentation, Jim introduced the students to the birds, including a 39 year old Red Tailed Hawk, and taught the students about how the birds survive in the wild.
