Animal Adventures Visits Second Grade
On Friday, May 8th, 2nd grade had an Anti-Bullying Program presented by Animal Adventures, an exotic animal rescue based in Bolton, MA. Using small mammals and some not-so-small reptiles, the presenter taught the students why bullying is unacceptable, how it's ok to be different and to always follow the golden rule: treat others how you want to be treated. Animal highlights were Dave Jr. the chinchilla, Lebron James the ferret, Bob the snapping turtle and Investigator the alligator.
